The outer parts were poorly constructed and two of the corners were coming apart when it arrived new. One of the pieces had broken but this was probably due to shipping. It does fit my drawer very snugly so I'm confident it won't be moving around or slipping or slowly expanding/contracting on me like some of the other reviews stated. It fit so snugly the broken bit didn't matter and I didn't even have to fix/glue it. For now I'm happy with it and it looks pretty. We don't have a ton of cutlery so the depth isn't an issue. But given the quality issue I could see folks being disappointed.

Allowed me to straighten the silverware drawer. It arrived timely and was very good for my intended use.

I didn't like the price but I did like the useability.

While this utensil organizer definitely suits our needs, I am a bit disappointed in its construction. The main center piece/compartments are quite solid, but the side compartments that slide in/out are annoyingly loose and don't fit to the centerpiece very well. One of them literally popped off the track as soon as I set it in the drawer, before I even set any utensils into it. It feels like those side conpartments won't stand the test of time and I'll eventually just be left with the main ceterpiece.With all that being said, though, it does add a satisfying level of organization to our utensil drawer and is undoubtedly an upgrade from what we were doing prior to purchasing this. It fits in the drawer almost perfectly with minimal wiggle room. Overall, not a bad purchase and I'm pleased with it.

Parts of the tray were broken when it arrived. Rather than going through the hassle of returning it and getting another I repaired it with tape. Other than that the item is good.

I like that it is expandable and has 9 slots. The slots are sized well. It does fit all my cutlery and spatulas very well.Regarding quality - it's not bad but it doesn't have a smooth finish.

Exactly what I was looking for. Expands to fit drawer. The larger you make it, the more compartments available to use as some disappear to make space when compacted. Sturdy, well made and great quality. So pleased.

Very happy with this product. It was exactly as described. Perfect size for a deep draw and very handy to have the expandable sides.

Fits my odd sized drawer nicely. And separates things well. It could be a bit deeper, but generally the drawer stays neat and tidy now.
