Great purchase, the glass container and filtration system is clean and elegant and makes my approach to hydrating properly a pleasure and not a chore. The water tastes great, it filters through quickly and holds a surprisingly large amount, allowing for a ready supply of high quality water whenever needed.

These are super nice. Just need to be careful handling the glass pitcher. It can break if it tips over.

I’ve already returned the item, I received a replacement literally the next day, which was awesome. Except the original issue happened AGAIN. Originally, the bamboo top portion of the lid separated from the stainless steel portion easily when I lifted the lid. I figure it was still useable, but I mean, if I can return, it’d be nice to have a fully functioning one. You have to use your nails to lift the stainless portion of the lid up, if that makes sense. But I received my replacement and I made sure to do it slowly, carefully and gently. The bamboo portion on this one wasn’t even attached. Sucks. I won’t be returning again, it’s pointless. Just seems like they’re all like this, the glue joining them together being dried out and weak. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I definitely love that it’s glass but the inner is plastic. First and second impression were poor so it’s hard to see the benefits. Also, reading the insert, there’s a second membrane filter that honestly should be included in the basics.. I want to get it but I don’t want to give the company any more of my money. Maybe I’ll just return it altogether. We have a tiny house and I just wanted a small countertop filter til we get the under sink filter installed. It is what it is. **edit** we use it as backup, it’s not the best. Also, when originally purchased, I thought I understood there was a parasite filter, .002 micro filter, there is not. Pamphlet inside says you can but that filter separate, but I’ve looked on Amazon and the brand website, it’s nowhere to be found. So just a heads up, if you may be considering this one for the filtration of possible parasites in tap water, this one doesn’t come with it, and you can double check but I don’t see it sold online anywhere which is a shame.

Initial review after one day: my husband and I absolutely love it. It was easy to set up and the water tastes amazing. We were previously refilling five gallon jugs but after the fountains kept being out of order, we needed something different. My husband doesn’t like the taste of tap water, and I don’t like the taste of Brita water - it’s too tasteless. The water from this pitcher, on the other hand, tastes incredibly smooth, almost buttery on your tongue- in a great way. The closest thing I can compare it to is bottled water from the mountains of Crete, the best water I have ever tasted. The other thing is that the pitcher is so aesthetically pleasing. We have a set of thin walled glasses and the combination of the glasses and this pitcher is perfect. I’m over the moon.

Great product works as described, but it is too tall to fit into my refrigerator. They should make the canister, shorter and wider.

I have searched a long time for products such as this. It has always bothered me that all the filter products sit in a plastic Vessel. I can read more and more information about micro plastics in the human body. Another area of interest has been higher pH and drinking water and it has been important to me. I found this product and it exceeded all my expectations. It filters fast and the water taste fantastic. The design of the bottle, beautiful and artistic. It’s heavy of course because it’s glass but it is a benchmark of a quality product. I would recommend this to all. PS I made a lot of literature and the more they’re finding about micro plastics and more. I’m beginning to wonder if a lot of this relates to our high incidence of mental illness and dementia and metabolic issues in society today. I have a feeling we’re gonna find some interesting things here in the future. Kudos for bringing product like this to the market and it’s not easy with something made of glass and delicate like this.

After receiving the Water Pitcher/Filter, I was excited about the product's quality. Unfortunately, after using it, the water has a bad taste, as if it has an additive. It even changed the taste of my tea and coffee to the point of being undrinkable. I am setting up a return. I was really hoping the taste would be great, but it clearly has a strange taste, not sure if it is a bad filter, but not able to use it because of how it tastes and changes the flavor of my tea and coffee.

Avec les deux filtres et en début d'usage (sur trois mois pour l'alcalinisant et 1 mois pour le principal , j'ai acheté le testeur et effectivement la pureté de l'eau passait de +450ppm / -600 / -450 au début, mais en un mois l'eau perd son alcalinité, ce qui fait de cette carafe une carafe brita haut de gamme, préservant le problème des filtres en plastique. Ma nouvelle sera une AArke, (on ne change que les granulés et pour 20€ on en a pour 3 mois) (30€ en alcalinisant) ce qui est BEAUCOUP moins cher que ce que propose invigorated water en plus d'être écologique. "Le pichet filtre à eau en verre dispose d'un design élégant et est fabriquée en verre borosilicaté extrêmement solide et dotée d'un couvercle moderne en bambou." 1m20 + carrelage égal, plus de carafe. En même temps 60€ tous les trimestres, je commençais à en avoir marre. (à l'équipe qui la fabrique pensez à un joint équivalent à celui du bas mais en haut. Ca évitera la casse) Et réfléchissez à des filtres rechargeables. Merci

I have done much research for the best possible water filter and jug, there are 100's all professing to be the best! I've had plastic ones before and in the UK we have much limescale in the water, leaving even one of them with a white coating that cannot be removed and looks awful. 1. The PH restore Glass Jug is superb! 2. The product is endorsed by a Dermatologist. There was a lab report on the product and not just for a single unit!!!! 3. I compared the PH cartridge to the Santevia product and it is very similar if you compare the layers in the cartridge therefore providing better PH in the water as well as Alkaline. 4. One of the most essential components of premium water is the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) & mineral content. In addition I purchased the mineral stones separately from Santevia and placed them in my PH glass jug. 5. The water tastes great!!! I just need to find a way to test not only for the PH which 9-9.5 which is tops tops but for the rest. I hope this helps and remember to research the importance of having the right filter that gives you the maximum benefit in the quality of your drinking water. It's not about convenience.

Very poor quality for that price, the glass handle started to detach from glass jar after year and half of use. The store is not responsive to fix the issue. I do not recommend to buy the product, unsafe to use.

Sostituire i filtri una volta all’anno è un grande passo avanti. Non amo la goccia impressa sul coperchio, avrei messo un colore neutrale nel silicone di sostegno, l’acqua nella caraffa così ha un riflesso strano, ma è comunque buonissima
