I have owned numerous electric heating pads over the years, none compare to this microwaveable wrap.The weights hold it firmly on your neck and back. Cover is very soft. It took several tries to microwave to the temperature I liked.Stays warm for quite a while. Appears to be very well made. Great price. Very pleased with this purchase.Update, I have used this heating pad for a week now. I like it hot so I micro wave for 1 1/2 mins on high, then reposition it and microbe for another 1 1/2 mins on high. This get it to the perfect temperature for me. I get occasional neck inflammation, this works wonders.

I got this this heat neck wrap with a button, thinking I would be able to move around more while wearing it, being i have a 1 year old.The button fell off the 3rd time wearing it so I rigged it with a safety pin which works. Its comfortable & soft. I found it to be a tad heavy and straining my neck more than before....but at the same time I was walking around doing non things all while wearing it so, I guess that defeats the purpose to sit & relax while heating.All in all I do use everyday. Its does help me with my stiff neck due to my c5-c6 fusion

I initially purchased this item to help with neck and shoulder pain.The description talks about a button closure on the strap. It is not a button, it is a snap so watch for that.I found it to be very heavy on my shoulders. I am in the return process...Buyer beware!

This item smells amazing - feels amazing , but after 3 min in the microwave burnt through and the beads fell out burnt my foot and arm when the beads came falling out of it once I took it out of the microwave. Seriously my house smells like something was burnt. I am so disappointed ...

Got this as gift from my son. The pad is great, it is large so can cover more then just the shoulders. I get killer migraines and it’s hard to find relief, especially since excedrin has been discontinued, this was the answer to my pain.

First time I used the snap pulled off on one end. Works well and hits areas needed for my pain!!

Bought this for my brother who has some severe neck problems. He loves it. He is able to have more mobility after he's used it.
