Very useful with R&D work.
I support an engineering department and these PCB's are very useful in R&D work.

Great for Making Breakout Boards from SOIC-8! Quality Pads and Easy to Solder To
Used these to solder up a flash SPI chip onto a breakout board to use for prototyping(see bottom left corner of image). The PCB is a quality build and the pads are easy to solder to and can handle a lot of heat. I've used about 6 of these little breakout converters now and have had no problems. Definitely pick these up if you are looking to breakout a SMD IC to connect to a micro or anything else.

The usual excellent quality from Adafruit
Nothing to dislike, they snap apart easily and take solder very nicely even with my $12 soldering iron. I tried out my Hakko and a fine tip but it didn’t cut it. Fine tips have quenching problems where the point will not stay hot enough to melt solder and soic parts like I was doing do not really require that tip anyway.Update: these boards let me construct as5600 rotary magnetic position sensor boards small enough to fit my application and I get bare parts from Digikey which have the analog output enabled by default unlike the white boards that are so common. These will just barely sit on the open end of a 1/2 inch pvc pipe.

No substitute for these little adapters for very small surface mount device on a bread board.
These little adapter boards come in many sizes with pad designs to fit many types of surface mount components. There is really no other alternative if you want to use such small SMT devices on a breadboard. These boards are very high quality and are not expensive. I buy them quite often.

So much easier than trying to dead-bug install on a PCB.
I bought this to connect a QSPI Flash to an ST Micro nucleo board so that i could check the drivers. I had first tried to dead bug the flash with jumper wires, but my soldering was not up to the task. With these boards it was much easier.
