A substantial upgrade from silicon.
Used with: HiFiMan RE0The Comply 400 series tips are a tangible upgrade from the standard silicon buds that you get with most IEM sets. They'll change what was a slightly-irritating experience to luxury listening.COMFORTAt first glance, the tips seem solid and thick, but they're very soft and squishy without the irritating scratchy grain of lower-quality foam. My set is used practically 24 hours throughout the day and I find them unobtrusive enough to sleep with.SOUND CHARACTER/QUALITYThese tips will provide a meaningful boost in bass with menial loses in the mids and highs. For the RE0, they improved the impact of bass with enough room to EQ to specific tastes. Overall, you basically lose nothing with transitioning over.ISOLATIONThe tips form a tight seal because they contort to the shape of your ear rather than simply exerting pressure at all angles, creating a nice fit that blocks out sound like an earplug would manage.BOTTOM LINEI would recommend buying these for any IEM set you have an attachment towards before buying a different set. Changing tips effectively alters every meaningful aspect of an IEM and the Comply T series covers all the necessary upgrades to a listening experience with little to no compromise.

Well worth the money
I have a set of Klipsch S4I earbud that I have had for years. I love the oval tips and thought that the sound from them was great but they have to be positioned just right for the best isolation and sound quality. My left ear seems to be a bit odd and I have to push the tip in and then retract it part of the way to get the earbud tip to flare enough to seal properly. I figured it was time to start looking for some replacement tips and thought I would give the Comply tips a try since they had so many great reviews.Mine arrived today (size medium). As great as I thought the OEM Klipsch tips were, these are a cut above. The OEMs had a great sound and isolation but these Comply tips are almost like being in a soundproof booth. The base is even tighter and more pronounced without overpowering the rest of the spectrum. After compressing them and inserting them in my ears it only took about 3-4 seconds for them to expand and start sealing off the outside sounds. As far as comfort goes, I think the OEM Klipsch tip has the Comply beat. The Comply tips are comfortable but once the Klipsch tips are in you almost don't know they are there and I have worn them for hours with no problem, however, they do have to be readjusted periodically while exercising or moving around a lot. I haven't exercised while using the Comply tips but once they are seated properly gentle tugging on the cord doesn't seem to displace them at all. But I can certainly tell the Comply tips are in my ear and it may just be something I have to adjust to and that is the only reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of the full 5. I would certainly buy them again.UPDATE 01/24/2017 - One of my earbuds became clogged and I just noticed that contrary to the information for the Comply website, these foam tips DO NOT have the built in ear wax screen. I had no problem with the OEM tips allowing wax or debris into the sound channel of the in-earbuds but after a few weeks of using the Comply tips the left earbud is mostly clogged.

Great upgrade for Philips SHE9850 In-Ear Headphones
I have always been impressed by the sound produced by my Philips SHE9850 In-Ear Headphones, the problem has been finding a comfortable way to wear them. The stock tips came in three sizes, none of which fit my ear properly (they would often fall out of my ear entirely) and the sound was only impressive if they were pressed deep into my ear canal, they also created a suction effect in my ear which caused discomfort.Enter the Comply T-100 Series Foam Tips (Red, 3 Pairs, Medium), I took a chance by guessing at the size I would need. I have relatively normal sized ears, and I correctly chose the medium size. These custom tips fit my ear perfectly, they are infinitely more comfortable than the stock Philips tips, and they maintain the natural noise blocking effect. These tips do not fall out of my ears, and do not need to be jammed deep into my ear canals to produce the best quality sound from my headphones.I strongly recommend these as an alternative tip for your headphones. My experience is with Philips headphones, but I would suggest that if you have any problem with the tips that come with your headphones you should give the Comply foam tips a try.

The BEST, but short life span
I don't think I've ever written a review, so "hear" goes: I absolutely loved these tips, brings my Jaybird X headphones to life, with MUCH better base than factory. They definitely deliver promised isolation/noise cancelation. My only problem is that they didn't last long as the foam started to deteriorate rather quickly with heavy use in the gym. If I would have to guess I believe these lasted about 2 months or so. However my wife used the spare set with minimal use and they deteriorated almost as quickly (I emphasize almost as they sat in a drawer at home and I pulled them out to borrow after mine died and they appeared about the same). I think it may have been our fault though after noticing the chart that states the Isolation series do NOT have earwax/sweat proof. My next purchase will definitely be either the sport series or the upgraded Isolation series and hopefully they will last longer. As these began to deteriorate the color began to change from a healthy red to an ugly orange.Overall, I would and did recommend these, so long as they do not expect a very long life out of these.
