BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING PROPERLY
First of Takara Company's phone is not reachable at all. The bluetooth gets connected for 4-5 minutes and then gets disconnected AUTOMATICALLY (Very annoying). The Pack picture while buying shows a proper extended wire BUT in the pack its a 1 meter wire that too direct one.The product was replaced in a week time but this time it's more horrible. The system seems to have fall from logistics department and the left side is totally broken (pictures attached). The annoying sound is still there and volume knob is not working at all.Kindly refund the amount and get the system back. It's a sincere request. Learnt a huge lesson....

Product review
Used twice since product arrived. Sound quality is good. Bass & Trebles are performing well. Recording with Karaoke is not tested till now. Very fast shipping and delivery, received the product within two days. Excellent service by seller. Overall satisfied with the product. However, the price is little higher.

Return must be their not replacement
Its only Good Looking 😊. Sound quality is not good. Looking at its specification 12 inch woofer must have a good base sound but its really disappointment. Bluetooth connectivity is also very poor initially it took a lot of time to connect nearly 20-30 min. To connect to a mobile.

Worst product ever 😡😡😡
Waste product 😡🤬 never buy. There are many detects. Like , FM isn't working at all, mic priority isn't working, we placed return item but the boy didn't come for taking the product, he just left it and didn't respond again, in the product description they gave output watts wrong, it's just 60 watts output.

No Warranty
Got this product since I wanted Karaoke speakers which I would also be able to use in events / gatherings.These are the pros1) Sound quality is good - wireless mics that I received perfectly2) It is loud enough for indoor gatherings till about 500-600 sqft rooms3) Easy to use - supports recording function tooThe biggest Con which is a deal breaker for me is that there is no warranty. Exactly on the day of my return window closing the battery of the speaker started shorting - there was a strong burning smell and the speaker would not play. Then I panicked and checked and got to know there is no warranty. Had this happened even a day later then it would have been a total waste of 14,990/-I know people who have owned this for a long time without issues but not having a warranty for a product of this value is a risk as per me which I am not willing to take again.

VERY QUICK CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My one mike stopped connecting to the speaker. I called the customer care. They took very quick response. They sent me another circuit board for Mike antenna. I removed old one and fitted the new board very easily according to the guidance of technical team of Takara and my both mikes are working very fine now. Thanks to customer care of Takara and also thanks to customer care of Amazon.
