Writing this review after 2 months use. Motor makes low sound and vibration. So overall not that noisy. Speed of filling is also comparable to the original branded product. So overall a decent product. And if you look at the price it's a really good purchase. Will update if come across any difficulty.

Very BAD Quality Product Motor pump power very low. company and customer care service is very pathetic dont buy any one this product. The Warranty of 1 – year comes with the following conditions apply (which is not notified to Amazon customer (a). In case of any defect occurring during the warranty period, the customer has to ship the product to Faridabad Haryana to the Reach Perfect Sales and cost of transport has to be borne by customer only (for someone purchasing it on Amazon and living in Bengaluru the cost of such transport will be around Rs 600 to Rs 700). (b). Beyond the return window (provided by Amazon) the responsibility of Amazon is limited to sharing the customer care phone number of Reach Perfect Sales and no other support whatsoever can be provided to the customer by Amazon. (c) Further the customer is required to pay a sum of Rs. 300.00 to Reach Perfect Sales as the shipment charges incurred towards the shipping of new or repaired pump from Reach Perfect Sales to Customer premises. 2. The outer shell of pump is made of hard plastic which not of optimum quality and doesn’t retain the shape and structure when put-to-use for 1 month. Once the distortion in shape happens the separation of pump main chamber and the pump head is no longer guaranteed. The main chamber of the pump contains the electrical components and lubrication, and the pump head contain the mechanical blades to put water in circulation. Thereafter the lubrication from the main chamber of the pump gets sucked by the pump head (due to centrifugal force) and mixed with the water that comes out of the pump head. This results in mixing of the lubricant in the water that is supposed to be consumed. 3. The post purchase support provided to the customer is currently negligible and once the return window expires the customer is on his/her own.

I bought it to replace the failed pump on my Kent ro. Took about 10 mins to get it working. Water pressure improved immediately and I started getting consistent water flow. It took time as it came with loose wires and no connector but that is understandable since it is a generic pump and can be fit in any filter. It's a value for money product. Update : after 10 months it's still doing great. No issues
