It ain't wheat and it ain't bad
Went wheat free and love this flour. I make bread with a simple quick bread recipe and love the flavor, use it in pancakes and other bakes goods. Never heard of millet flour until last year but am happy to have something to enjoy.

My favorite brand of millet flour for gluten free baking.
This is my favorite brand of millet flour. I use it in gluten-free chocolate waffles as a lower-carb option for breakfast. I've started using millet flour in other recipes too, gluten-free sourdough, cinnamon rolls and more.

5 stars for BRM quality, 3 stars for taste
BRM makes quality products. I love millet cooked in the Instant Pot, so what could be better than subbing some millet flour in my baked goods? It's a bummer not being able to use wheat flour, and nothing cooks quite like it. I'm eating way too much almond flour, so I gave this a try. I made the cookie recipe on the package - bland and oily. Granted, that could have been user error since I had to substitute something in the recipe. Tried subbing about a third to a half of this flour in place of cassava and almond flour (two separate recipes). Both turned out bland. So, it doesn't taste bad at all. Trouble is, it's neutral, and I have to figure out how to pep it up with enough extra spice. Take my review with a pinch of... millet flour. ymmv

Good product at a good price
The Millet Flour arrived early, in perfect condition, as described, with a freshness date good for for over a year and a half! The price was good, on a product I use frequently, I feel it's a good value for a Keto friendly grain. I use it to bake, coat fish or meat, or thicken stews, and stir fries. I use extra eggs to bind dough, and extra milk for moisture.

Good product
I use this product in a recipe for GF sandwich bread, which I have also used for GF pizza crust. I think it adds flavor to and improves the texture of the bread and pizza crust.. It is a little pricey but the recipe doesn’t call for that much of it, maybe a third of a cup in a two-cup mixture of different GF flours, so a bag of this will last me several weeks. It is hard to find this locally, so I’m glad Amazon has it.
