Good Stuff
I actually brought this to spice up noodle soups - and it does a great job. Really good flavor and a quality purchase. Good little kick to it as well!

Will always be in my spice cabinet!
Best rib rub ever. Tiny bit spicy and smells so good, people are telling me best ribs ever. Just a binder (mustard) and this rub is all I use. I've got other rubs I want to try but I can't get past this one!! Sooo good!!

Taste fine but not for chips
I guess I can admire the genuine mesquite taste just fine. But you know these are really coarse ground. I mean when I say coarse ground I'm talking like maybe 1 to 1 and 1/2 mm chips. And I guess I needed a nice powder that I could shake on my potato chips to get barbecue because the stuff they sell at the store is really not too good at all and way too salty. So the plan was good but sorry doesn't work

Good Flavor and very versatile while not being too salty!
So far I have made steak sandwiches (leftover steak sliced thin) with a cooked sliced bell pepper and an onion seasoned with this Smokey Mesquite seasoning while cooking. When the vegetables were close to being done, I added the steak to heat it through for a couple of minutes and added a bit more of this seasoning with some red pepper flakes. (I also buttered the buns and browned them a bit under the broiler, put a slice of cheese on the bun to melt, and then put the buns back under the broiler to "brown" the cheese). I have also sprinkled this seasoning on "corn on the cob". Uh-oh, I'm getting hungry now! I will definitely try some of the other seasonings soon!
