Milk Chocolate Mousse Powder x 800g bag

I’ve been using Callebaut Belgian chocolate callets for cake making and desserts for years now. Nothing beats this brand for quality, taste and versatility. So I thought I’d try their mousse, as I needed a filling and covering for a birthday cake and I hoped it would be as good as their other products. And I wasn’t disappointed - It made the most creamy, dreamy, deeply chocolatey mousse ever and it was lovely to work with. It has a beautiful, velvety smooth consistency and it worked like a brilliantly as a filling and frosting. It’s a huge bag and I made far too much, but as you can freeze it (a bonus for people who always overestimate quantities like I do!), I just piped whatever was leftover into cups. I decided to try it as is straight out of the freezer and it was absolutely delicious. In fact, it’s probably the best chocolate ice cream I’ve tasted! You might think the price is a little steep, but honestly you could probably frost 10 cakes and make a few litres of ice cream to boot with the one bag. Plus, personally I think it’s worth every penny because it tastes so divine and this is the real deal when it comes to Belgian chocolate. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!
