Great wheeled solution
The turtle base on an impact c-stand of mine broke and I decided to replace it with this. Very happy with the decision. the product feels really well built and leaves me with a lot of confidence to walk away from a c-stand with a light on it, really all you can ask for.

So glad I found it!
The media could not be loaded. This is the perfect addition to that heavy c-stand and boom arm. I am able to easily slide and position my light anywhere I need it without worrying about it tipping over! Being able to lock the wheels takes the risk out of someone knocking over the stand. If you have a c-stand this is a must have! It was also easy to change from the existing 3 legs into this wonderful contraption!

Excellent
Purchased to use some top heavy boom arms and needed a wider base. This was perfect!

Perfect addition to C Stand
Purchased this item which solved my issue in studio. I owned a regular C Stand, but moving the lights was a bit of chore. My c stand system mounted perfectly into this base. The base fold up, solid construction, excellent wheel locks. I am considering purchasing a second c stand with this as a base. I highly recommend

Great c-stand roler base!
Easily as sturdy and stable as the turtle base. Fits Kupo and Flashpoint c-stand risers. Makes moving during shoot a breeze. May never buy another turtle base again.

Good price and good size but quality is so-so
I received the base today and was annoyed to see that they installed one of the legs upside down. I had to disassemble that leg and turn it around and reattach it, which was harder than it sounds due to the spring loaded locking latch that needs to go through the bolt that tightens the leg. Anyway, that's not the worst part since it's fixable. The part that you really need to know about is that the paint job is horrible. It is not powder coated, but rather, cheaply painted with low quality paint. The paint is flaking off and chipping in various cases. There's also visible rust inside the leg tubing because the inside of the legs isn't painted or oiled or treated in any way.All in all I would say it's worth exactly $50, which is frankly not a lot to pay for a wheeled base for a c-stand. It'll serve it's purposes, but I doubt it will last very long. Let's see.
