High Quality: worth the price.
Been taking two of these nightly for over a year and I've noticed from the onset that my sleep quality has improved drastically. I combine this supplement with zinc, and I get a full restful sleep every time. I no longer struggle to drift off, wake up several times throughout the night, toss and turn and wake up feeling like I haven't even been to bed at all. This is pricier than some of the other budget magnesium supplements - but it's worth the cost. You get the quality you pay for, and actually the price more than fair if you are looking to make improvements to your sleep/health. Never had any problems with the packaging or quality after about 10 purchases in total.

Amazing product
Amazing, I was suffering with Insomnia for a few weeks so desperate to sleep properly. I take one a couple of hours before bed and they relax me so much and knock me out! Worked from day 1 for me. I was taking them a few hours before bed but ended up falling asleep on the couch within an hour, so just an hour now before bed and I am asleep within 10 mins of going to bed. Would highly recommend trying these if you need help sleeping!

Magnesium glycinate as sleep aid
Easy to swallow, no ill effects in the morning. Taken to aid sleep, one night in, helped me to relax. Woke up, read for 15 minutes then went back to bed. Helped me get back to sleep, felt more relaxed.

First bottle was great but second doesn’t seem to do much
Was really pleased with my first purchase of these. I was yawning a while after taking them, got to sleep much quicker than usual and slept more soundly right through the night. I’m now on my second bottle but I don’t seem to be getting the same results, it’s making me think it’s a dud bottle. I’ve even upped the dose from 2 to 3, with little effect. Very odd.
