I use this in the US mainly and have stopped taking 5 or 5 sockets with me as this fits by the bed and can plug 4 cables into it l. It’s very easy to use, just select the correct country and plug in. It charges quickly and and is so easy to use. It’s very versatile as I have a clock, watch, phone, iPad and sometimes a mini fan plugged in at the same time. It works well and it comes in its own neat little case. Perfect for travel

This is a nice neat travel plug, with the benefit of USB ports.

5 star, with just a slight caveat. The standard USB ports do not support "fast charge" by Samsung phone's standard (you will need a charger with PPS rating for it to display "fast charging"). I have yet to find a travel "adaptor" that has this (e.g. ones that comes with a socket for non-USB devices). The USB-C port does support fast charging, but just for once device only and you will have to juggle (or buy a couple of these).For fast charging multiple devices at the same time, currently it looks like only the ones without the "socket" can do that and they come under "chargers" (with swappable plugs) instead of "adaptors".Despite the lack of PPS, the standard USB ports still charged my Samsung faster than my original iphone charger, so it is acceptable if your devices are likely to be charged overnight anyway.Overall the product seems sturdy, as long as you take good care (as with anything in general) follow the instructions and press the side button before resetting the pins then it should not break easily, and if it still does then you have got the guarantee.It was tempting to get the extension lead ones that give you multiple sockets and USB charge points, but given the weight and safety concerns (charging whole family's gears and drawing power from just one wall outlet), I have decided to get a couple of these blocky ones instead, these are a lot more lightweight in comparison and the ability to spread the electric load across multiple outlets should in theory reduce safety hazards.

This adapter has been used every day for 6 months. It's been brilliant. The case is fantastic and it's amazing that there are 4 usb outlets. It's quite sturdy in the case. The charging cable that comes with it lasted a few months and I loved that it was like a ribbon, but it started to charge devices very slowly so I am using a different lead now. The lead fits in the case with the charger so they are both protected.

Excellent piece of gear, when lots of phones, pads or computers to charge.

Easy to use and very convenient zipper pouch to store to protect device. Good for traveling.

Apart from the product being a little bulky, I'm okay with it. I traveled and I liked it so I would recommend.
