Helped for a plus size large thigh and leg and I am thoroughly impressed with its comfort and support. The neoprene material is soft and breathable, making it suitable for long periods of use during activities like running. The dual patella tendon support strap ensures stability and the adjustable fit caters to different knee sizes. It's a great option for those recovering from injuries like meniscus tears, arthritis, and tendonitis, providing much-needed pain relief.

I like this brace as it does supply some support and stability to my knee. When I first wore it all day it did help as I was walking around a fair ground. It ended up covered in sweat and we carefully washed it by hand and line dried it so it looked like new again. As I have continued to wear it, I have trouble getting the straps tight enough to keep it in place above the knee. I am constantly having to tug it back in place or reposition it. While this might be ok in the summer while I am in shorts it is not going to be very handy when I am wearing longer pants.

The front-separated straps allow natural movement and, in my experience, help alleviate pain. The back connection ensures a secure fit and keeps it working effectively. I’m absolutely thrilled with my knee strap

I bought this based on the volume of reviews because I’m a “solid” woman. The measurements were what I needed and was looking forward to having the support. This product didn’t stay in place at all, not even when sitting. I thought perhaps there was some magic trick I was missing, but after attempting several times following directions it still wouldn’t stay in place. Glad it works for so many, but all this was to me was a disappointing inconvenience requiring me to make a trip to the UPS Store to return. At least it was a free return.

I murdered both my knees on a strenuous bike ride. I didn’t have the muscle for it, and my knees really overcompensated. Every muscle and ligament was TIGHT and in massive pain. I purchased TWO of these in hopes to relieve my self-caused handicap. I’m female with a “great personality” meaning I’m just over 300 lb so I was concerned about size and durability. THESE DID THE TRICK! It took me a few tries to get them tight enough, but they were super stretchy and held well! TIP: tighten the BOTTOM straps first (with leg straight whether sitting or standing), THEN the top ones. Go super tight, it’s okay! This bypassed my knee muscles and allowed my legs to do the exercising while my knees rested and recovered. I’m sure the tight bands helped squeeze out the lactic acid too. These helped SO MUCH that regardless of my “sprained knees” I could go for long walks. I needed them about a week is all. Totally awesome! Would easily fit people larger than me. Like 400-500 lb people’s.
