Beal Tiger Unicore Single Rope

The Beal Tiger 10 mm is a single multi-purpose rope, ideal for experienced and occasional climbers. The diameter dimension allows the rope to be adapted to all self-locking insurance devices. Despite this, it is recommended to follow appropriate training to ensure the best safety conditions. The rope does not undergo swelling and thus maintains its flexibility longer over time. It is also equipped with Unicore technology that welds together the soul and the sock. This makes sure that the two components remain united in case of tearing. Golden Dry is a waterproofing treatment applied to the sock and core of the rope to make it resistant to moisture, abrasion, dust and frost. Review: Extremely disappointed - I've bought this rope after reading some good reviews about it, particularly on its durability. Within 3 weeks of use in the climbing wall (3 days per week), the rope ends were were so soft and fluffy that I had to cut them. Also, after inspecting the cut ends, it didn't seem to me that the sheath and core were bonded together (see picture), as expected in unicore ropes.
