Very fun for all ages to work on reaction and coordination!
I teach personal training classes at a senior center. I used these in place of Blaze Pods. The seniors loved the colors even though the purple and blue look very similar. The games weren't so competitive where that mattered. I loved that the instructions included table top and floor options. I used table top play as the seniors can't get down to the floor easily. The quality of each pod is great and the sound is very loud. The games were fun and helped provide a nice cardiovascular-free way to sit and improve reaction and coordination.

So Fun!
Such a fun game! My kiddos love it. We had to have our first set replaced due to one of the lights not working but Amazon customer service was great. We were sent another set which worked great! My kids like to play the memory game and ping pong with them. This is fun on a rainy day. The sounds are very loud in my opinion so if you have kiddos with sensitive ears just a heads up. Overall, we are very happy with this set.

Great
This game is so fun and great for kids hand eye coordination. Just tell them not to play with rings or the game cracks

Meh
Review from a pediatric OT: I don’t love it and here’s why… -one of my clients asked me “why is it called Tap It when you have to push it with a lot of force?”— you do have to really push down or it won’t register which is frustrating to many of my clients. I see them press it, and the game doesn’t register it and then they don’t want to play it anymore. -it’s really loud. I work with children who have sensory processing differences and most of them need to wear noise cancelling headphones… why is it so pitchy and loud? -overall, meh…

So much fun
We are a family of 4 with two small children (6,3) and we LOVE this game. We got a second pack to have units. We can sit around a table or play with them spread out across the living room where we have to run around. Teams or individual. Every once in a while if you spread them too far or get too aggressive on unit will disengage, but it's easy to get them all synced up again. This has quickly become one of our favorite games and I would recommend it for anyone. Also, I'm not sure which part of the instructions folks in the reviews here aren't getting. Basically, there are 3 units you just turn on, and one that has 4 options for which game you'd like to play. Then press and hold the master unit until the other three all sync up and you're off. Oh one thing, they do not turn off on their own after a certain amount of time, you have to turn them off, so sometimes when putting them away, you will forget, and they will run out of batteries by the next time you play.

Not user friendly at all
Don't buy these. I'm a frequent amazon shopper but rarely review... figured I'd save you all some time. My kids used blazepods which are high end performance. Tried to find a kid/cheaper version. These are junk with too many click, beep, pattern directions to follow for set up. By the time an adult gets this going it's just not worth it. So major complaints (1) very difficult to set up and use (2) the beeping is loud/annoying and (3) the push button activates a button on bottom that only seems to work on a hard surface, so no grass or carpet. I am a long time coach and purchase tons of fitness equipment... this is a dud.

Bought it in 2021, still elicits joy today
I got this on a whim for my then 4 year old child in 2021 and we've been regularly playing with it ever since then! We almost exclusively play game two: "tap it" where everyone picks a color and has to tap their color and whoever taps the most of that color wins. We distribute the pucks around the room so it's good exercise and only mildly at risk of concussions 😂. Having a high energy child who feels the constant need for acceleration, this is a GREAT choice. We just pulled it out after maybe 6 months of not playing with it, and suddenly the whole family was laughing and having fun. Everyone loves the tactile nature of reacting quickly to bash the buttons (must be on a hard surface, as the buttons are activated through the feet). All in all, a great choice. I do wish they were rechargeable instead of battery operated, but nevertheless, we will continue to play with them til they meet their demise some day.
