Does exactly what it says, brilliant product

Used this to protect my grill for years now, never disappointed, always keeps my grill ready for action!

After our Weber grill BBQ was mistakenly put in a dish washer (bad idea) it rusted up. The solution was to bathe it in vinegar and salt for a couple of hours, give it a good scrub and then treat it with this protective solution. I'm sure oiling it with the right mix would have also done the trick, but found this to both be convenient and a provider of peace of mind so that I knew it was safe and effective before putting the restored grill to use. It’s lasted the season, and I’ll be sure to reuse it when late spring comes round again.

The spray mechanism is such that it creates a wide mist, and covers a great area with a single spray. Great protector!

You can't go wrong with a weber product.

I used it several times, didn't make a difference at all on my cast iron grill. Didn't season it at all and I came back one day to find surface rust forming. I left it in a cupboard for a bit, went to use it and the mechanism stopped working, so didn't even use the whole bottle. So gave up with it. I'd say use more traditional methods of seasoning.

Bought to keep a freshly cleaned BBQ grill from rusting. Applied this and within hours a film of rust appeared which overnight became much worse. The very product designed to prevent rust actually causes it. Sorry but completely useless and damaging. Had to clean with acid afterwards. Avoid.

accessori in ghisa sempre in perfetta forma. Lo spray crea una patina protettiva che evita la ruggine e aiuta a conservare la superficie liscia e antiaderente. Facile da applicare, si spruzza direttamente e basta una passata con un panno. Dopo l’uso regolare, la ghisa rimane più scura, resistente e non si attacca quasi nulla. È diventato parte della mia routine di manutenzione dopo ogni grigliata. Forse il flacone non è enorme, ma dura parecchio perché ne basta poco per volta.

This spray-alike cannister comes in a very much well engineered shape! As soon as you squeeze its trigger the product literally sprays out, in a very evenly fashion, the entire cast iron object that you are trying to protect from the natural (always present) environmental humidity. A must, if you love to BBQ and have your whole set well maintained and without rust signs!
