Start International - Electric Tape Dispenser - Automatic Carousel Tape Cutting Machine - Industrial Heavy Duty Semi-Automatic - 2.5" Core Size (11.8" x 6.3")

I was hesitant on buying this since I've had bad luck with START International products before, but I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked. It takes a little bit to set up correctly, but once I got that figured out it worked great.

WE bought this in June and a small plastic piece broke off from it. I have searched the site but cannot find how to go about getting a customer service rep who could help with this. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. WE actually bought another last week for a different sight, we have been please with the product to this point.

I had problems with two of our used units cutting the tape after I installed new blades. The company went was great to work with. The service tech called me and walked me thru the blade change process and both units are working like a champ again.

The dispenser has blade cutting issues and the instructions are nil on explaining a sharpening or replacement technique.
