Great Stuff
This powder helped my feet with swelling. After two days of taking 1/8 teaspoons my feet stopped swelling!!!! Being a diabetic it is huge in my book!!

Not worth it!
Way to much for nothing. Couldn’t even finish it. Was taking in hopes to regain smell and taste after covid. I knew I probably wouldn’t get the taste and smell back. But no benefits whatsoever ever.
