Received the product yesterday. After opening it, the instruction manual provided, was so difficult to understand even though in English language...!!! (Looks like they literally translated it from Chinese). The product quality is very cheap(quality of plastic is not at all up to the mark). The color shown in picture is not what you get. I received green one, which is not that good looking.Installation is whole another story. Could not use the given instructions as there were no graphical instructions provided (since written material was of no use at all). Had to search YouTube to follow installation procedure.

The media could not be loaded.  Third rate quality. Despite multiple tries, the leak just won't stop. Posted two pics and one video as only one vid is allowed. This shows the tightest possible setting and it's still leaking. Also, color in the pic is misleading - had bought it thinking it's white, buy got a parrot green color! Update: The leak is getting worse - posted another pic showing the mini fountain! Do yourself a favor, do not buy it and if you do, save the packing so that you can return the defective piece!

It's easy to install, but filter side is not smooth i.e water flow is not proper.

Certificate and instruction manual missing from the package. How can one install it without the instructions ?

Product is good, but no life for more than 1 month. Not even the product is working properly. Water is not coming from the filter. This product experience was my worst experience. Not satisfied with the product
