Set up was easy and everything was as promised

We love this fire table. I bought black fire glass to put in it instead of the lava rocks (Lowe's). You need about 1 and 1/2 buckets to fill it. It gives it a better look for our decor. If it won't light, it is due to one of two things: soot from the propane or low battery in the igniter. Scrub the little cage where it sparks with a dry toothbrush. If it still won't light, change the battery that fuels the igniter. I recommend buying a heavier duty cover. The one it comes with keeps it dry, but it blows off if there is even a slight breeze.

Overall, this is an aesthetically (and functionally) great fire pit - albeit with a couple of cons:first, we’ve had this fire pit for a few months with light use. the lighter mechanism on the side of the fire pit has struggled with lighting the past two times it’s been used (had to use a regular lighter instead).Second, the fire pit doesn’t have any included mechanism to cover/hide the propane tank, so, you end up needing to put the propane tank within 3 or 4 feet of the mechanism (and some way of covering it) if aesthetics are a top priority for you.Other than that problem, the fire pit itself and the glass wind blocking mechanism look really beautiful (came just as pictured by the seller) with no other notable problems!While this may seem like a negative review, it really is a great fire pit - I just don’t have much reference for comparison and wanted to honestly list my own minor grievances :)

This was set to be delivered by FedEx. At 5:00 pm I got notice they attempted to deliver but no one was home. My 16 y/o was home!! But they said someone 21 or older needed to be there to sign for it! WHAT??!! I called FedEx and was told I could drive to their hub to pick it up, which I had to do because my husband was at the airport picking up our buddy who we flew in from out of state to run the gas line!! Please update post if you require someone 21 or older to be home to sign for it.Otherwise, the quality is excellent, it works great and after the headache of getting it to the house we were able to enjoy it.

We ordered this unit and were unable to get it to light. Our contractor told us it was within the unit itself with the control valve and thermocouples. We reached out to the company and they shipped them right away. After replacing the parts it works great. We love it. The company was responsive and help solve our problem quickly. Would recommend to anyone.
