Says it works in 2016 Edge, but after all the hassle ripping apart the dash to install it, the console says “This USB device is not supported. Please remove.” Awesome. Put my old OEM one back in and all is well. I procrastinated knowing it was going to be a pain to install and so now I can’t even return it. I even verified I have Sync 3 version 3.0. This is junk.

This is clearly not a new Hub, and appears to have been pulled from an existing vehicle. You can see the pry marks on the side of the plastic. Definitely not represented that way. Will try installing this week, maybe it works! Only time will tell.
