I work in retail and bought this to keep in my locker to use when needed. It work very well and comes with 4 extra needles which others I checked out didn't.

Not built to withstand a lot of tagging. The needle will not stay in the gun while tagging the clothing.

Good gun for occasional use
This gun works fairly well. It does jam up occasionally, but is an easy fix..it's more annoying than anything. I'll only be using it twice/year, and it's functional enough for that.

HORRIBLE!
This thing SUCKS! Leaves big holes in your clothing and gets jammed very easily. I would definitely NOT recommend this tagging gun.

Product was dirty
Product was filthy and clearly not new, with no instructions at all. Not impressed and would not recommend this product.
