Nice and hot

I tried this when I couldn't get any of the peppers from the supermarket. It is much easier to use then cutting up the peppers (I always end up wiping my eye after that and I know I shouldn't, even after a good wash!). Half a tablespoon of this in a chilli con carne is just perfect.

If you love spicing up your food there isn’t really a better chilli than scotch bonnet. Very hot and deliciously fruity. Careful when you open the pack or tip it into a container - the fine chilli dust gets in the air and then up your nose and in your lungs and, well, lets just say it’s not pretty.

Yorubas from Nigeria are noted for their hot and spicy soup. Please be very cautious while using this pepper, it is the hottest I have ever tasted, a pinch can be equated to a teaspoonful.

Great powder I add to virgin oil and mix - makes a great chilli oil - but be warned it is hot when spooning out into oil I wear a mask because if the dust gets up your nose you know it !! Ordered twice second time ordered 3 packs

This is the only chilli powder that I will buy. It definitely have a kick to it and you don’t much.

I LOVE SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER AND THIS POWDER IN JUST PERFECT AND CARRIES AS MUCH FLAVOR AS THE PEPPER IN ITS NATURAL STATE. GREAT BUY AND WILL BUT AGIAN.

Super hot as you would expect. Should last ages as you only need a level or less tea spoon.
