Not to big, yet comfortable. Only had it for a few weeks though. Price was great delivery was fast. Packaging was not so great however recliner came undamaged. side note: I m about 6 feet tall 290LBS and fit comfortably. Bought this for a gaming setup.

For the price, this is your chair. Overall I am satisfied with the chair. I am 6'0, 250 and it handles my build. My feet hang off the end of the footrest when fully reclined, but I'm good with that. Lumbar support is fantastic. My only complaint is I feel there is very little support for the upper neck/lower head area. I constantly find myself using a pillow or blanket to support those areas when reclined at any degree. I'll likely just purchase a second party neck support device to compensate. The controls and USB charging port are a bonus. The entire assembly process was incredibly easy and literally took me two minutes.

Initially, this chair was great, then the honeymoon ended. I am only a month into ownership and regret buying this chair. I have a minor issue with the arms being a bit tall and a little on the harder side. I feel that my blood circulation through my arms are cut off after awhile of letting them rest on the arm rest. The bigger problem I have is depicted in the pictures. For some reason, the material is sagging in the leg rest when the chair is not reclined. I looked under the leg portion and the edges of the leg portion have stitching that is coming undone (third picture). Not a happy camper right now.

Seller offered a generous refund, but we really wanted the chair we paid for (we bought it for the USB port).Could not send a replacement because they're out of stock :(

Comfortable and quiet operation. Elegant without looking/feeling bulky. Sturdy and made well in my opinion.

Chair arrived before the delivery date, assembly was a breeze, takes five minutes to assemble, very well made , very comfortable. Motor operation is extremely quiet, Excellent value for money, highly recommended.
