Im sealing a gasoline line that connect to (fuel filter)carb, my question is can i remove it in the future for a future fuel filter change ?

I would use another product as the chemicals in the 565 will attack plastics and some rubber materials. This can cause failure of the fitting, this product is designed for metal to metal threads. This product is a low strength so whatever you assemble it with you can use to disassemble also, once fully cured in 72 hours it can withstand 10,000 PSI of pressure. I would look for a oil and gas resistant pressure sensitive adhesive, look for Loctite 1252795 Oil and Gas Resistant Stick and Seal, it works great!

Is this product applicable for natural gas line fittings?

absolutely can use 565 on natural gas metal threaded connections (2" diameter and smaller)

Why is mine not drying? I touched some that was put on a month ago and got it all over my hand.

I was under the impression this is anaerobic cure so it doesn't air dry but relies on the metal for the curing process. The outside excess should be wiped away as it may take months to cure or never. SO it may seem like it's not cured on the outside but it should be on the inside where it counts.
