Learning to manage the magnet from decoupling and sticking to the side of your container.
If you have trouble with the magnet decoupling and sticking to the side of you container, it is because the machine is starting too fast. Some machines have a slow start mode. For this one, you just need to do it manually by turning on and off two or three times then leave it on. You can see the vortex start, recede a bit, start again, then when you leave it on it works. You'll get the hang of it. Great machine, incredible price.

Product has stopped working. It runs very slowly even at maximum speed. This happened within a month.

No proper instructions
It serves it purpose, but there is no clear instructions, no manual, no parameters nothing just the product

An affordable small-scale laboratory instrument that works a miracle.
The product is amazing and works just according to expectations. The picture is correct as the one i recieved. I also purchased extra magnetic beads assuming that I may recieve only the product without bead, but indeed in the package, there was one. Packaging was excellent and the dilevery too. Care was absolutely taken not to damage the product. It is an excellent device for small-scale laboratory. I am impressed.

Poor product, not working
The product mentioned is not working as per mentioned and additionally it’s damaged. I have want a refund, which I have applied for but Amazon service is not coming to pick it up since 2 days. Amazon service gave me a number to contact the person. The service person mention we are not assigned to pick up any parcel from your area so we can’t do anything.

For the price it is pretty good. Does the job. Decent build quality and prompt deliver by the suggested date.

Fantastic product for amateur chemists and chemical engineers like me!!
Fantastic product, arrived just now... excellent packaging which ensured zero damage. Found no issues to complain(except that the plug was a bit small for my socket, but corrected it with one of my extension boxes), found no issues coupling the stir bar with magnet and the heating. Good job Bexco.inc!!
