The 3B Scientific U10052 Transparent Solar Stirling Engine has a 90-degree V-configured piston and demonstrates the operating principles of a Stirling engine and solar power generation. Transparent parts provide visibility of concepts and motion sequences. The displacement cylinder and piston are made of glass for transparency and heat resistance, and the power cylinder, flywheel, and gearbox covers are made of acrylic glass for durability. The engine is mounted on an acrylic plate for stability, and operates at 1,000rpm. It comes with an alcohol burner, black absorbent ring, a parabola mirror, angle supports, and tripod.
