I have been using this litter for my cats for many years. It clumps really well and neutralizes odors quickly. I’ve never had a cat show any discomfort with stepping on or otherwise interacting with this litter. It does track kind of a lot, but litter mats and regular vacuuming (both of which should be standard for any home with cats regardless of litter type) keep it in check. If they ever get rid of the unscented option, I will be very sad and will have to start searching for a new one. Cats have such incredibly strong senses of smell, and scented litter is so overwhelming that it makes me uncomfortable, so I can only imagine how bad that’d be for the cats. And it truly is unscented. At worst, it smells like dust when I first pour it, though the current formula is definitely way less dusty than it used to be.

We have two cats and have tried several different types of cat litter. Fresh Step cat litter works really well for controlling odor. It keeps the litter box smelling fresh between cleanings and does a great job managing unpleasant smells in the home. It is also very durable, lasts a long time, and doesn’t track a mess all over the floor like some other litters can leave tracking marks. It weighs 18.5-pound boxes, which is a good size and lasts a while. Overall, it’s very easy to use, low maintenance, and reliable. I would definitely recommend it to other cat owners looking for a litter that controls odor well and keeps things clean.

Everything about this litter is good other than the dust. It tracks less than the other brands that I had "Arm and Hammer" and it does well with odor. The only negative is that it produces big dust clouds when you scoop it. Everything in my laundry room is covered in litter dust. I assume it is not good to breath in either. If it wasn't for the dust I would give it a 5. Still, probably the best litter overall. All of the brands that I have tried have at least one negative.

I am so impressed with this cat litter! The absolute best part about it is how incredibly long-lasting it is before I have to completely change out the box What really sets it apart is the odor control. It hides the urine smell completely, even after my cat has used it several times. Since I live in a smaller home, keeping those smells at bay is incredibly important to me. I never want guests to walk in and immediately notice a litter box smell, and this litter completely does the trick .It keeps my home smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend this to any cat owner!I

This is by far my favorite cat litter to use. Now that the local stores don't want to carry it, I have to get it from Amazon, but it is well worth it! This is one of the few litters that helps with the smell without smelling too chemical or overdone. It also seems to last the longest.

This is by far my favorite cat litter that controls odors best. I've tried all different kinds of "extreme odor control" and heavily scented brands, but this unscented one actually works the best at odor control. It clumps really well and completely locks in smells without using strong, overpowering perfumes. Definitely highly recommend it if you have multiple cats and want something that actually keeps the house smelling clean!

Como hemos comrpobado a lo largo de nuestras vidas con nuestros mininos, el segundo problema después del alimento, es el arenero. Claro si tienes una casa con 300 m2 de jardín pues ni te preocupas, sólo le dices al jardinero que las desentierre bien o aquellas que estan entre las ixoras o las palma arecas, y terminan embarrándose la mano por alcanzar esa caca que huele sabroso. Bueno, si tu caso es como el mío que viven en un cubo de 10x10, bueno la peste de los orines y caca del gato son muy notables, y no quiero que compitas con tu peste, y es cuando comienza la carrera de las marcas de arena. Primero compras las económicas, que mas bien parece arena de construcción, nada absorbe y nada aromatiza y las patas del gato embarradas de orina y sale con arena en las patas así que optas por otra calidad. Compré por muchos años Scoop away, pero esos terrones bien amazados y compactos se desbarataban si no lo sacabas al momento. No mames aparte hay que estar al pendiente de cuando zurra o mea, así que le imploré a Dios que me mostrara una salida al paraíso y literalmente me llegó la oferta de Amazon por "Fresh Steps" cualquier versión. Gloria a Dios nuestro Señor, y de verdad 1.- Los terrones duran compactos y de alta dureza y asi se quedan, olvídate, comprobado mas de 1 semana 2.- El aroma recién vacías la arena en su arenero "LIMPIO", "si marranos hay que lavar el arenero cuando cambien totalmente la arena" la casa se impregna a Lavanda y huele mejor que tu cama. Si un día quieres ver la cara de un gato feliz, agusto y con semblante de alta alcurnia, usa esta arena, hasta le brillan los ojos, no puedo explicarlo, lo tienes que ver por ti mismo. 3.- OMG el aroma dura meses, Claro, claro ya no huele como el primer día pero ya huele como a tu cama, 4.- La mejor inversión que puedes hacer, es la mejor calidad, se compctan los orines y no contamina el resto de la arena, si se te paso una semana, "No Problema" recoges con Calma con la pala (Compra una buena no seas codo) terrones y popo, y sigue oliendo a lavanda, Para los que necesitan terapia le aplanas la arena a un sólo nivel, verificas que no hayan quedado pequeños grumos, y terminas cuando las rodillas se te duermen. Así que ni lo dudes, buena marca, buen aroma, alta durabilidad, No Worries, Fresh Steps es la opción. Felicidades
