Kirkland Gets 2 Nostrils Up
This Kirkland allergy medicine is a great value for what you get. It comes with the perfect quantity that you know will last you a long time. I have used this religiously for years and will continue buying It from Amazon when I cannot make it into the store.

Has worked for me for the past month, pharmacist recommended
**Perform a price check before purchasing this item on Amazon. I thought I was getting a steal by purchasing the 365 count bottle with Amazon Prime, but the Costco website had this for several dollars cheaper. Kirkland is Costco's brand, so someone is re-selling the item on Amazon at a mark-up. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the product I received.**--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a pharmacist, cetirizine (generic for Zyrtec) is my favorite, non-drowsy antihistamine. This medication is typically given once daily for seasonal allergies, itchy/runny nose, sneezing, or itchy/watery eyes. As the label shows, it is approved for use in adults and children 6 years and older.Cetirizine (generic for Zyrtec) is very similar to loratadine (generic for Claritin). Typically, cetirizine is viewed as equal to, if not better than loratadine for allergies. In comparison, cetirizine has a greater risk of drowsiness than loratadine. Drowsiness tends to occur in around 15% of people taking cetirizine.I generally worry with purchasing healthcare products online. What about the quality, safety, and proper storage of the product from manufacturing to transport? The label on the bottle shows the product was made in India and distributed by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Inc. (This company is well known in the pharmacy world. They have made many over-the-counter and prescription strength medications for years.) So, if this was truly made by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Inc. then I trust the medication was at least made correctly. The tablets are small (1cm in size), white ovals with the letter "c" on one side and no markings on the other. These pill markings match the description of cetirizine on pharmacy databases. The tablets are gluten free, and lactose is used in forming the tablets. The expiration date on the product I received was in early 2015; however, this will vary from order to order. After using the product for almost a month, I am pleased with the results and quality of the product.

just like zyrtec
i started this last week after my cetirizine (which was wal-mart or walgreen's brand, depending, & which was no different than the name brand) ran out. the deal is immense. i am saving a ton of money!!where i live, the air quality is awful. we have a lot of really big cities near by (philadelphia, nyc, dc, baltimore) and a lot of du pont chemicals in the air & a lot of nuclear stuff & oil refineries (yay!). everyone here has allergies by time they hit 40 years of age even if they had none during childhood, even if they have not always lived here, and the people that did & do & have, experience chronic, low-grade sinus infections. Like me. not to mention my hideous allergies. i tend toward anaphylaxis, have year-round and seasonal allergies, anything with fur, probably other humans. i live with 2 cats who i love to pieces. cetirizine works better for me than i usually know, and better than other allergy meds. also, i am not allergic to it, like most other allergy meds.i am currently not taking my cetirizine or benadryl since over 24 hours ago, until tomorrow afternoon because i am going to get an allergy test done again, & i can soooo feel the difference. i woke up sneezing, am all tickly in my sinuses, clearing my throat & other allergy symptoms. i'll be glad when i can start taking this again tomorrow. this stuff is excellent. do not let the label miselead you.

The only affordable way to use Zyrtec daily.....
I have now used this specific product for over two years. I have regular allergy problems and take 1/2 table per day regularly. Often when we get smoked up in the summer time due to the huge forest fires..... like this year of 2013..... this has been very helpful. I am one of those who are suseptable to the side effects of this product and others like it..... products like Claritin and such will give me a pretty severe headache if I take the full tablet for too many days in a row. So, the half tablet works well, does not give headaches: also, this product works well in conjunction with other forms of anti-histimine without over dose problems. When the smoke was VERY bad for a while (several weeks end to end) I also took 1/2 Claritin at night, and an occassional supplement of the old stand by of the past 50 years, Chlorphiniramine maleate HCI..... another inexpensive generic anithistimine with minimal drowsy type of side effect. If you "need" the help, and are suffering under the effects of serious allergy symptoms, then your body will use these to help without overdose effects! If you do not need it, and take too much of any of these, then the side effects will be felt from headache, drowseyness, to extra dry mouth and sinuses for a few hours. Use them wisely and they are an amazingly good way to avoid useless doctor visits. Buy with confidence for these are every bit as good as the regular brand name products. Enjoy!
