The good news is that this machine looks like NOS. Appears to have never been used. Win 10 installed without a hitch. Admittedly, I haven't used it much because it just got here today. Only real complaint is that it's slow. I have the same processor in other machines which are way faster, but to be fair, those other boxes have SSD drives. I loathe Win 10. This is a better iteration than microsoft initially released, but I find it hard to navigate. Well, it's hard to get around Win 10, any modern computer has it installed. And I knew it came with Win 10, but that does not make me love it. All that aside, this is a good machine. I'm going to install an SSD drive and hope it gets faster.

Fantastic deal- item arrived in pristine condition.Components are actually upgraded from original T440 specs.Screen resolution is superior to other Pcs of this size.Company is professional & competent - they check out.Don't be afraid of refurbs- especially for models that are widely distributed to fleets.Now, do your due diligence, of course. However, whan new models are released to large groups, they find out quickly what works, what does not for the model.When those models arrive at return dealers, the components can sometimes actually be upgraded (not just replaced) .This creates a version of the model that has been tested under field conditions, upgraded due to the feedback, but can't be sold as new.A great value is then created for discerning consumers.One of my very best purchases on Amazon.

Not what was advertised. 2013 model when advertised as 2019. Advertised as refurbished like new amazon certified. Laptop came with a wrap on it, after removing wrap there was a lot of wear. Screen was also creased in corner. Hardware was as advertised.

Update. After some problems due to missing critical Updates for Windows, laptop is operating well. No problems with keyboard, internet. No freezes or crashes with Windows or other programs.Intel i7 processor responds fast.. Satisfied so far.

Had a small problem with my keyboard , customer service stepped up and offered several solutions ! Problem solved Thanks much !

Seems to work well, but was advertised as 2019, is actually 5 years old. No chance at any warantee!!!!!!

It gets so hot, I got it with a scratch in every corner and also a sticky mat on it. I do not recommend this seller
