Good but the bag is less.
The content of the bag is not what is described. It weighs less, so I got less than they mentioned and paid for.

Packaging makes me very doubtful
Just received this order. I was expecting a mechanically sealed, sterile bag not a hand packed sandwich bag. This is advertised falsely. Had I known this was their packaging, I would have kept my money. They look fresh, but that is all I can say. Hope they work. Disappointing first impression. Once washed, thoroughly, taste is as expected. It is indeed a pound.

LOVE IS SWEET. BITTER KOLA ISN'T...
5 star for the quality and potency of the product. I was curious about the health benefits of bitter kola so I decided to give it a try. It is an acquired taste that may take a while to get used to, but I'm committed to being perseverant. My goal I to chew one a day consistently everyday. I tried a few and that nut is bitter!!. You'll be salivating for a while. If you believe that you'll benefit from it go ahead and give it a try. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. I'm not sure if I'll reorder that is the only reason I gave a 4 star.
