Really good belt. Sturdy and durable. Can handle even the sweatiest workout without feeling uncomfortable, unsupportive, or getting stinky. I use it for heavy squats (+385lbs) and deadlifts (+495lbs). When I am cutting and have a 34" waist, I use the last 2 belt holes. I'm probably a 38" waist now and use the 5belt hole. Solid buy for the price. I've been using mine for close to a year now and I use it 4x/week

Iv seen a lot of lifting belts from amazon, most are pretty nice but this one is a piece of art. I did order the wrong size on accident which I will have to exchange but from what I’ve seen so far it’s beautiful. The metal seems very heavy duty as well. I would recommend that most order the small size.

I bought the small size as the picture indicated that it was 27”-35”, but in actuality it was 23”-31” as shown in the photos. Other than that I returned it, would’ve bought the medium but they don’t have it, but overall the belt is thick and really sturdy, I was disappointed that the size was not accurate.

A friend suggested I try this belt for my boyfriend and he seems to really like it. He said it feels solid and is good quality compared to others he's tried. So far so good. I'll see what else they have available that he might like.

Nice and heavy duty thick. Size range looks like its adjustable enough to compensate for cutting and bulking cycles. Roller buckle works well, seems like the belt will be around a while.

Great belt without breaking the bank. Need some breaking in but that was expected.
