Mesoestetic MELAN TRAN3X Intensive Depigmenting Concentrate

Went really sciency on this test because this is a lot of money. Twice daily use and did a before and after photo after 3 months of twice daily use. Same camera, same lighting (measured with distance from the desk lamp checked with a tape measure and everything). The melanin i tested it on is a big beauty spot on my arm 1. First i tried using this serum on its own (first 3 month test). No fading of the spot at all 2. For the next 3 months i used it with the Tran3x cream afterwards each time (it's sold as prep for the cream after all, so this is going to work?) No! The spot is no lighter than before the 3 months. This product is weak The main active ingredients seem to be mostly niacinamide, which does work long term (but you can get that so cheap from The Ordinary) and a bit of kojic acid (but you can get Kojie-san soap and powder so cheap too which is 100%). The tiny amounts in 2x daily use of this tran3x product seemed to do nothing for the test spot (which does respond to hydroquinone, it's just a regular melanin mark. It also responds to stronger doses of niacinamide and kojic than you'll get given in this tran3x product) Ofc maybe there's other lightning agents in the billion other ingredients tran3x has, i'm not a science girl idk, but for me, they didn't do anything either. Anyone rating this 4* maybe did a much less melanated bit of skin and has never seen that you can get such fast cheap results with hydroquinone, kojie-san, and/or niacinamide, all of them are so cheap (Btw they recently banned hydroquinone cream in the uk btw because the pills have bad side effects. The cream doesn't. But in typical uk style they banned the whole chemical. You can still get it at lots of european online pharmacies without prescription)

It smells very strong

I have melasma and a dermatologist recommend this product but I’m disappointed with the results the melasma still in my face didn’t help, maybe I need to use for long term but the product it’s very expensive… I would like to see some results in order to buy again

Will send this back, both ordered mesoestatic products arrived unsealed with boxes that looked like they have been used before. The bottle is not properly filled and looks like it is missing quite a bit of volume. Bottle is filled up till top of the label, this is unacceptable
