Used for milkbar confetti birthday cookies
Arrived on time and didn't leak. I used this for Milkbar's confetti birthday cookies, as the recipe specifically calls for glucose, and they turned out great. I've only had this for a couple of weeks so I can't speak to shelf life, but I hope it lasts awhile as I don't have many recipes that use it.

NOT FOR CHOCOLATE WORK
I’m giving a five-star review even though this destroyed about fifty dollars worth of ingredients in a pistachio ganache because the result was user error. This arrived well packaged and I’m sure it is great for its intended purpose. However, it has way too much water for a ganache. My pistachio cream seized the second that I stirred it in. I had the same result (though less dramatic) with a pumpkin spice ganache I tried the next day. Upon investigation, I realized that this is not a pure syrup like Trimoline. It has substantially more water. I wanted to drop a note to save fellow chocolatiers my pain.

Invert Sugar Works Great in Marshmallows!
This company is great. The first one had defective packaging. They replaced it promptly. I think this was the 5th time I’d ordered the invert sugar from them. And I will again!

Great Consistency
I bought this to make a long-lasting sugar syrup to for flavoring coffees. The recipe I found calls for glucose syrup, but I had a lot of trouble finding true glucose syrup in a contain small enough to reduce the recipe to meet my needs and to easily store what was left. When I found this, I decided to give it a try - and I'm glad I did. The "spout" on the package makes it really easy to use, and the pouch is much easier to store in my cabinet than a bucket or tub would be. The sugar syrup I made has lasted three weeks and counting without crystallizing at all. I will definitely buy this again!
