Where is this Knife made?

As mentioned on the package, the knife is made in China.

Would not advise putting any knife in the dishwasher except for butter knives. Water being sprayed acts like a sand blaster and will dull the edge.

What is the blade angle sharpened to?

Straight up and down, you don’t have to tilt your hand or wrist to angle your blade. Just start from the handle straight down and take your time or you will cut your hand open, I usually do about a dozen pulls before I clean fish. The tip seems to be harder to get as sharp as the rest of the blade???

What type of stainless steel is this blade made from?
