Super helpful for exercise & practice. May buy a second set because my wife keeps borrowing mine.

Better Than Full Size Paddles
Great piece of training equipment. They enhance an emphasis on early vertical forearm and give just the right amount of resistance. I prefer using these paddles in training instead of full size ones as it is less stress on my shoulders. Highly recommend.

Great Beginner Tool for Swimming!
Using as a beginner for swimming training. Comfortable , adjustable fit , and has helped me with my stroke performance. Taking off 1 star only because the initial setup is kind of annoying and you have to cut off the excess plastic material.

Does not put stress on shoulders
As an oldie lap swimmer was a bit reluctant at first and thought these may cause undue stress on the shoulders like other hand paddles and that they may come off when swimming. Have tried them about half a dozen times and would now recommend them to those that are looking for an alternative to hand paddles and possible injury. Great simple design with extra rubber which can be cut off and used later. Very pleased with this product.

Muy bonitas dedo/paletas
Son excelentes para nadadores que sobretodo van rápido y meten mucha fuerza en cada brazada, te obligan a tener una posición correcta de la mano pero al mismo tiempo no sientes tanto arrastre del agua, mejor dicho, no dependes de ellas para hacer buenas brazada. Por ende tus hombros no se sienten tensos ni nada malo.
