Works great just installed batteries and worked right away. Buttons are not so soft but I am okay don't have to spend a lot of money for the remote.

Nice replacement option
Works , but buttons are very sticky and hard to push , have to click twice or more at times to get the channel or volume to change . Still a viable option for low cost

It's unfortunate. This cannot be given zero stars..... It is a piece of junk... do not buy it... Stop working in two months time....

Goo alternative
Purchased a MAG 540 W3. While it comes with a remote, the installation techie recommended buying this one. in addition. The layout is more friendly to 80 year olds and stubby fingers. well worth the price for easier use..

Super easy to use
Old one broke and we were using tape to hold it in place. Even tried using magic remote app for a while. Found this on Amazon, ordered, got delivered quickly, just put the batteries in and it started working right away with my mag322!

Need to press so many times before it moves even once. It’s definitely not a battery issue as I’ve put brand new ones in
