Needs Filter Change Indicators Included
Filters fit kitchen aid well, but didn’t come with the timers/reminders for when they need to be changed. There is a spot in the fridge for them and the reminders are helpful for when new filters should be inserted.

Damaged Product.
This is typically a good product. However, do not order from this company. When I received my order and opened one of the filters it had a brownish stain, like it had gotten wet at some point. I then opened the others and 2 more we in the same condition. The product itself is amazing and I have been using it since 2015 and never an issue. This is the first I have ordered from this company in bulk and I will never order again.

missing item
This order was supposed to contain filters and produce refresher but only contained the filters what can I do to get the refresher which was to be included for I which I paid

Disgusted by this item. I'm not even able to contact the seller for a refund or replacement. Don't buy!
