Pirate Parrot Hat (Red) Party Accessory

The hat was nice but the neck of the parrot was too long. Other than that, it was not a bad product. Looks a lot like the picture...colors are not too vibrant but you can tell it is supposed to be a parrot.

I have to say it was very colorful. As a hat, lets just say that it would not keep its shape. I decided to hang it from a tree for decoration. It looked pretty good. I also tried it sitting on the mailbox so our visitors would know they were at the right house. Not sure which one I will choose to do!

Well, I read the other reviews and ordered it anyway. It does not look like a parrot. It looks more like a red turkey. It's silly-looking and that will work.

I bought this for my husband to wear for Pirates Pack the Park, an attempt to beat a Guinness Book of World Records event. He had a lot of fun wearing it, but needed to wear a bandana underneath the hat to make it fit right and to keep from perspiring too much all over the hat. Our joke of the day was that the parrot was attempting to "hatch" his balding head!

A little awkward to wear but when you're drinking, probably doesn't matter much. It's well constructed at any rate. Not very parrot like though.

It was funny, but not quite what I thought it would look like.
