Rapesco 1556 Germ-Savvy Antibacterial 960 Packing Tape Dispenser with 2 Brown Packing Tapes

I'm sure this is fabulous bit of kit when your customers have figured out how to feed the tape through the dispenser! I received this on 13 Jan & it's the 25th Jan today. I've tried to do from start to finish and then finish to start & all I've managed to achieve, is to waste half the tape on the roll! I've asked everyone who's visited me to have a go. We've all failed! Even my friend who used one of these 32 yrs ago as owner manager of a record shop, couldn't get it right! I've looked on this advert to give me an idea. I followed what I could see in the picture perfectly. Once achieved, I went to try it out and realised that it's not working correctly because the tape - where it should have the sticky side facing downwards so it will stick to the box, is the non-sticky side of the tape! I've copied it exactly! I really would appreciate sending with it, a simple drawing, labelling sticky & non sticky sides, and with arrows showing me how to feed the tape through the dispenser. Two weeks & half a roll later & I'm non the wiser! 🤷🏼‍♀️😳 Help someone, please!?

Used one of these a few years ago for work, so when I was moving loads of boxes I purchased this. making up 50 boxes went fast with the gun, although the tape adhesive wasn’t the best so had to double tape both ends to make sure. I ended up buying more tape that seemed to work better. That said for the price it is worth having the gun. It handled the job and now i have it handy. Seems well made, although not as heavy duty as the one I used at work. That said for the price point no complaints. I didn’t use the knife as I had one already but handy to have

Easy to use

Would buy from this seller again. The Dispenser is very easy to use and does the job admirably. I have always struggled to tape up packages in the past, but now, with this dispenser it is no problem.

This is a really great tape gun. I’ve had a few in the past but for the price this really is better than I expected. Has a good weight. Sharp cutter. The tape provided isn’t the best but you can easily buy better ones the tape that comes with this is not important but a good quality gun is. So for me anyway I’m really happy with it and I can highly recommend the item ( minus the tape lol) and highly recommend the seller.

The tape is not very sticky and just falls off. The dispenser is ok.

This tape is strong and reliable and made the packing job so much easier. I ran out and ordered just the tape from another supplier and it was not fit for purpose. It tore really easily and did not stick very well. This product is highly recommended.
