I use this spray avocado oil all the time. I cook all my meats in an air fryer and this gets sprayed in before I start cooking. There is quite a bit in the can, and it lasts a long time. No bad flavor. A win!!

I've read how bad seed oils can be, so I was looking for an alternative to canola and such. I'm also on the AIP diet as of 3-4 weeks ago which is super strict. I've been using this as a replacement and it works great and doesn't seem to cause or exacerbate body inflammation. I also like that there's no aerosol to get disperse the oil. Price point seems fair and one bottle seems to last a fair amount.

Pompeian avocado oil non stick cooking spray is really good. It’s 100% avocado oil in a spray container with no propellant or other additives. It’s perfect to use with my Ninja air fryer when I’m cooking fish, chicken, potatoes, stir fry veggies and more. I generally avoid cooking sprays in my pans (especially nonstick cookware) but have been using this spray for pan frying eggs and meat without any scummy residue (at least so far). I prefer avocado oil spray as it has a high smoke point (500 degrees) and doesn’t add any noticeable taste or odor to my food. The amount that streams, sprays or dribbles out is adjustable based on how much pressure I apply to the sprayer with my finger, so I end up using less oil than using other sprays or when I pour from a bottle. This is nonGMO and packed in the USA. This oil tastes fresh and doesn’t expire until 2/23 (just bought it last month). Definitely recommend. Love it. 5 stars.

I love this oil because it does NOT have a detectable taste and can cook at a higher temperature, high smoke point. I used to use olive oil, but it's low smoke point means I must be so careful when browing batches of food over a long period.

America spray for healthy oils to cook with. The quality I see pretty decent for the value of money I paid for it and it’s a decent size I would suppose.
