JVC Wireless Bluetooth Foldable Noise Cancelling On Ear Bass Boost Lightweight HA-S65BN Headphones, Black

I've owned a few JVC headfones in the past from wired to BT. They may not have reached the fame and fortune as other old brands did but they work and sound good to my ears.These have a noise cancellation switch on the side. Personally, i don't like the idea of electronic NC but when i wear these with that NC switch turned off, the background sound still disappears :) Just the cup design on the ears blocks off a lot of noise around...great !!Some have stated that it feels rather tight on the head, true..i felt it at first too but then i extended the headband just a wee bit & it all got comfortable.My main reason for choosing these over other cheaper models and brands was the option of the headfone socket. So, if i'm hooking up to an older music player like an old ipod classic, i simply need a headfone jack to headfone jack cable & i can hear my music. For this to work, battery charge is not required. So, also if travelling in an area where its not possible to recharge the headfones, one can still listen to music with the cable...great !!Bass on the Jvc's are quite pounding i felt in all older models i've tried. This is a personal like or dislike, some would like, others would not. Myself, i do like it..great !!The earcups can be rotated to make the set flat to pop into a bag, etc. The whole unit feels strong & lightweight. It's been on the road with me a good few months travelling & done good all the way.The range seems very good. I haven't measured it, but i've gone through the house rooms with the walls, etc & no drop in sound or even a glitch...overall great !!!I also feel the ear cups are a bit bigger than i wanted but for the NC and over the ear design, i guess that was unavoidable. Ideally i would have liked if all their models including the smaller simple round earcups ones had headfone sockets.Very disappointed with the new way of tech where everything relies on a battery :( & then world leaders talk about energy crisises & climate change...ironic reallySo, all in all i'm well pleased with them, do admit i feel the price is a bit on the high side but since BT tech is still evolving & the concept of NC brings up price atm, it can be accepted. In a few years when the heat settles, i'm sure all these units from the various brands will be much more fair priced.A happy customer here :)

Love the bassy sound, and overall sound quality. Better than a more expensive JBL Tune 510BT that cost £45 but they were no where near as good as these in terms of sound, the deepness of the bass, nor the blocking out of ambient sound.Comfy on the head, I sometimes use them for running- but they do block out ambient noise well.Use with my tablet and phone to watch iPlayer, YouTube, listen to music etc and they block out your surroundings very well and help you immerse in whatever it is you are listening to or watching which is great!Battery life is good but tends to die when they are indicating at 40% battery which is weird but I find all my Bluetooth headphones do that.Cannot say how many hours they last as never counted but only ever used them on Bluetooth connection and have no complaints for hours of great sound. Great value overall!!As others have said definitely a hidden gem and in my mind, more than an entry level in terms of performance.

These over head headphones are quite good for the money theres a little base even when you add the base boost also the noise cancelling function could be better but these headphones have a lot of options for the money you could spend more money and not find ones that sound as good as these. So overall its a thumbs up

Honestly wasn't expecting much having been using high end headphones for a while before this. Got these as a gift for my partner and have been astounded by the comfort, sound quality and level of features for the price. Build quality is good but nothing great, standard cheap plastics and the headset does feel a little delicate so take care. The earpads are rubbish to be frank, but not so bad as to be painful or harm the experience. Well worth the price

Sound quality is clear and combining noise cancelling features with it makes it really pleasant for your ears - really a gem compared to other brands with higher price.Love this brand and product!

theyre pretty good sound wise, the mic for mine doesn't work though.

Good fit, great sound, good longevity of use between charging. Easy volume control either from the unit or you device.
