These are way better than the regular as scrunchie. Something you don’t know you need. It stretches really well, it’s easily adjustable, but I would recommend if you have super thick hair to get the extra long ones. When using try not to pull it by the hooks, it will break. Ive been using the same one for a while. These are great.So, first grip your hair in the position you would usually feel the most comfortable like if you were using your hair scrunchie.Then take one of the hook, and secure it in at any angle you feel comfortable, it will hold don’t worry.Then continue to just wrap until you feel your desired comfort hold.Then hook the other end in the hair.And that’s it.Hope it can be visualized well.Usually each hook is always on opposite sides when finished and if not they are not close to each other.If you think it’s a little too tight, just gently remove the hook you did 2nd and loosen, then rehook.When removing, it’s the same, remove the hook you did 2nd, and unwrap, until you get to the 1st.My hair never gets tangled or ripped with this thing. It’s great little product.Only time my hair gets ripped it’s if I’m having a lazy don’t care day. But this product should be way popular than it is.I have thick coily hair and it’s works and when I straighten my hair it works just as well.But persons with super thick hair, the extra long would probably work better, as not to make your hold too too tight and uncomfortable.

I purchased these because bloggers swear by them to be damage free on your hair. I disagree and it’s hard to do them on your own hair. I can use them on my daughter, but just can’t get the hang of it on myself. They still get tangled and I don’t feel like they’re super secure.

I bought these a few years ago at a pharmacy beauty counter. I love them so much that I went back years later hoping to find them again. I was searching on Amazon for something else and saw these; I was so excited. This value pack is great and should last me for a long time.

I guess the concept was a neat idea but they don't work. I have yet to be very successful with putting them in my hair and when I do get them in the hooks pull on my hair. I guess they are a gimmick that is definitely not user friendly
