Does this contain hyalauronic acid or any derivative of it? The ingredients here on amazon drop off with a ... and don't show all the ingredients.

It contains Sodium Hyluronate, which is a form of Hyluronic Acid.

I've read many of the reviews, being particularly interested in the brightening and softening acne scars remarks. Can anyone vouch for this?

I am fortunate to have never had acne. But, I'm very happy with the product and the positive effect on my skin. I use a primer over the cream and under my makeup for a smoother finish

Yes, it used to come in a green jar some years back - they changed the packaging, but the product seems to still be the same. Orange packaging for the Andalou Brightening line.
