For this particular product, the type of material used in the manufacture and creation of the product seems to be of very good quality. One must consider that for any product of this type there is a balance between the type of material used and the cost that is to be passed on to the consumer. I think for this product that balance has been met fairly well and I believe that the product will meet the expectations of most buyers. With regard to the fit and finish of this particular product, I believe it to be about average for the products of similar make or style. That is to say that it is not of poor or moderate craftsmanship/finish nor is it something that I would rate as outstanding. The quality of the piece is such that I feel it is a good value for the money.

Nice looking and great quality but no mounting screws!
I received mine yesterday. I opened the box, inside was an open large plastic bag and the cardboard bag lid for this item. However the bag was bigger so not original. That was it just the hook. No paperwork, mounting hardware or screws. The hook quality is typical H. D. quality, excellent, however like many have stated, it’s on the small side. My issue is the screws. This pewter finish is not easy to find screws this color and size. Anyone know of a good source? I’d appreciate any help! I’d like at least 2” long, not like the little 1/2” ones in the one of the reviews pic.

I use it differently...
Yeah, it says it's a coat hook, but i'd guess it's a bit limited since it's a on the smaller side. Sure, it will work fine for jackets and lighter outerwear with an integrated hanging loop. I saw these and I just knew that for me (and maybe for you too) these were the perfect place to hang my Harley keys when returning home from a ride. Buy it as a coat hook OR buy it as a key hook... the choice is yours. For me, it's all about the keys... I put my jackets in the closet.
