Not for atherosclerosis
This is not the compound that has been studied for atherosclerosis and heart disease. That is 2-Hydroxypropyl-Β-Cyclodextrin, which is a different form of cyclodextrin than this food additive.

nasty taste
I don't know how you can rate the value of this product without medical testing, so this is just a product evaluation. For a powder, it has a bad taste. Not so bad that I can not use it, but not pleasant. Tablets would be better.

Causes tinnitus
Ordered this for cholesterol management, but did not do my research and later discovered it can damage your hearing with repeated use. So there it sits, unused.
