Yes it comes with everything. For one time replacement.

Q: mine did not come with the blade. What can I use instead that will be safe enough? Also do you need to get it hot to be able to remove the screen?

After reading the instructions I felt nervous enough that I paid a repair organization an additional $40 to do the replacement. I am happy with the results.
