This pillow is so comfortable! I'm a stomach and side sleeper. It gives me enough support while also not being too firm to cause my face to be squished into it. I use a CPAP, and this pillow doesnt cause issues while using it. While laying on my back reading in bed, the pillow contours my neck/head as it is perfectly designed to do. This fits into king sized pillow cases, standard pillow cases are too small for the king pillow. The pillow is light weight, so it isnt hard yo move/readjust during the night.

This is actually an amazing pillow and just what I was looking for following C-spine surgery. However, the "humps" are too high and it left my neck hurting. A version of this with less depth to it would be awesome. Unfortunately I had to return it.

I was troubled by the light weight of this pillow when it arrived when compared to the heavy weight of my seven year old Tempur-Pedic Breeze comparable pillow. [ I don't recall what it was named 7 years ago ] But I needed a new good quality pillow that cost less. But undaunted I switched out the old and in went the new to the pillowcase. This one is firm, resists going flat, and of a height that does not let my head fall to the mattress with an uncomfortable arc and resulting in shoulder and neck pain after sleeping on the side of my choice. Occasionally I will sleep on my back, I do not know that until I wake, and wake refreshed there too. Apparently I snore less than before, I'm told, but I stayed awake one night to see if that was true and I did not snore at all! 😴

I’ve only slept with this pillow, a couple nights, but I already noticed a difference! My neck feels supported and it keeps my head aligned. Definitely improved my neck pain in such a short time.

Over the years since contour pillows first came on the scene in the early 90’s I’ve purchased more than I’d care to admit to. All in an effort to find the one that truly performed up to its billing and I finally after literally 30 years I’ve found it. I’m predominantly a side sleeper so when contour pillows first arrived, they sounded like the perfect solution to support my neck keeping it in the proper alignment with my spine. Well, after a while, I found that all contour pillows are not alike. Depending on your size, the part of the pillow that supports your neck can be too high or too low unless the manufacturer sells more than one size option allowing one to purchase the correct height thickness to support the neck. Well, unless you can adjust the pillow to the height that correctly supports your neck, one-size-fits-all just doesn’t cut the mustard. The surface that your head lays on is supported without allowing your head to sink deep into the pillow, thus, keeping your neck in perfect alignment with the spine throughout the night. Since using the Royal Therapy my morning neck pain is history and the back pain is at least 75% improved and feeling better with each passing morning. The price may seem to be a bit costly and look like other contour pillows costing half the price or less, but that’s where the similarities end. This pillow is filled with what it takes to get the sleep and comfort that the rest of the pack can only promise.

Excelente calidad, super cómoda

Great pillow. Not cheap, but supports neck very well. I have always used feather, down filled pillows that lose their shape, and don’t support my neck very well. I found myself always waking up during the night, adjusting my pillow, trying to tuck it under my neck for more support. This pillow is very comfortable and supportive. Takes a little getting use to because it’s not puffy like a feather pillow. Does not lose its shape.

I’ve always suffered from neck and shoulder pain before discovering Royal Therapy Pillows… I bought my first pillow from you 1 year ago and I’ve never slept on another pillow since. This is my 2nd purchase!

Haven’t slept on it yet but feels nice a d looks like good quality upon opening. A little bit of smell but aired it out for a day and ok.
