Extremely sturdy
It doesn't matter if I use my phone or switch and use my camera, this selfie stick tripod is extremely sturdy. The base alone is thick and has a great support base. To open the tripod, you just pull the stick out a bit and the legs open with ease. I love how the flaps on this close when you have the phone holder in place. Makes it really compact and easy to fold down. Really easy to change from the phone holder to the camera holder. Just unscrew and switch. When it comes to taking selfies or even group selfies, it doesn't feel flimsy at all. As for group selfies, I was able to take a picture with about 15 people and we were able to fit all of us in because of the reach this thing has. No one was cropped out either.

Well design and functional selfie stick
My mother recently asked me to buy her a selfie stick and after seeing these new types of selfie sticks that have tripods I definitely wanted to buy one for myself and my family. The one I got hurt was perfect for her because she's actually on the shorter side and the height was perfect but as for me, I knew I wanted something with a little more reach. So after searching around for a while I stumbled upon this and had a reasonable price I decided to give it a chance. I've been using it ever since to take family pictures of my 11-month year old son and our family. This selfie stick is actually extremely durable and the length is roughly 4 ft which is really nice for those standing pictures. The remote is pretty nicely built and it was super easy for the Bluetooth sink, I was actually able to walk 30 ft away and I had no loss of signal. Now the extension can go to 4 ft but it still works anywhere in between the height of the item and that 4 ft. Using the tripod mode, the selfie stick was extremely sturdy and on my floor it didn't move. The ergonomics of this stick are also extremely slim and well designed. if you're not using the tripod everything kind of just snaps into a place and provides a firm grip at the base. Actually love the selfie stick and its nice to know that they have some such a long way from those little bendable and poor quality selfie sticks that first came out. I definitely recommend this for anybody looking for a long selfie stick with a tripod function for those family pictures.

Good for a moment
The item arrived very quickly, which was awesome, and the stick extends out very far! The camera holds steady in the clasp, when i'm holding the stick, which is great because my old stick never kept the camera straight. The tripod is essentially useless though. When the camera is on the tripod, its too heavy and the entire thing falls over. I have an iphone 11. The actual tripod stands are not strong enough to hold it all up either and two of the legs broke off. So if you are looking for a tripod option, maybe pick something else. The remote stopped working on me too, which is my main complaint. I"ve only had this selfie stick for a short while now and have to buy another. OVerall, for the price, its not a bad item.

I use it often!
I use this selfie stick for my GoPro Max. It fits, but I may add a washer where it connects because it is a little loose. My camera is safe, I do not worry about it coming off the stick, but it does rock back and forth a bit. If I didn't have a 360 camera and could adjust the view I would say this would be a bigger issue. The tripod feature is nice but has an odd setup to prop open. You have to pull the stick out a few inches before you can open the tripod. I have not used the phone feature so cannot review that. For the price it's great.

This selfie stick is everything!
I’m going to be really honest and say that I may just like this selfie stick way more than I should! LolI’ve purchased several selfie sticks a while back and for whatever reason, gave up on using them. Assembling this selfie stick took me a while, mainly due to the small print in the instruction manual (for my 40+ vision). However, once I finally got it assembled the first thing that I noticed was how durable it feels, which is always important. After the assembly, I then connected the detachable remote to my cell phone via Bluetooth (which took no time at all). That’s when the fun began…. By fun I mean using my selfie stick and little remote to video record me doing my “DIY projects”. LolAny who, I really like my new toy…. I mean “video equipment” 😊

Wanted to love it
I had high hopes for the Syosin selfie stick based on another online review/ranking of "best selfie sticks" which rated this #1, plus the positive reviews on Amazon averaging 4.3 out of 5 stars for 471 reviews. This is the first selfie stick I've owned and I ordered it for an upcoming solo trip. Unfortunately, the product failed to meet my expectations. The primary purpose is to take pictures. This item will not reliably connect to my phone via Bluetooth, rendering the remote button and therefore the product, useless. It had other flaws as well. The device felt flimsy under the weight of my phone and the part that actually holds the phone was pushed to near it's maximum width when I attached my Google Pixel 4A 5G phone. I would have overlooked these flaws given that it only cost about $14 had the Bluetooth connection worked reliably. It connected OK at home, but it failed under multiple tests "in the field " outside my home. It just wouldn't stay connected during the period after I made the connection in settings to when I switched to my camera app to take a photo. I'll be returning this useless selfie stick as a result.

Very useful and versatile.
I have tried several models of selfie sticks, but was looking for something with a tripod. This set up very easily and quickly connected to my phone's Bluetooth settings. The holder is snug and swivels with minimal effort, but stays where you put it. The removable button remote is a nice addition. The only complaint that I have is that the tripod sits quite loosely and MUST be on a large, flat surface. You also lost several inches of the height of the stick because the tripod is far more sturdy with the bar pressed down and sitting to stabilize the tripod (as a 4th, center leg). Very good for the price and well worth it for ease of use. I have a smaller, older phone and am unsure how well it would accommodate larger/heavier models. Great buy for those who like to take family photos.
